Every time i modify the text in 'TEXT_MAIN' I get the error Parse error: parse error in /home/.sites/107/site212/web/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 13 I get this even if i add or delete a single letter within the quotes I am edditing the file through the admin pannel (catalog//includes/languages/english/index.php any one shed any light? ♥Vger Posted January 5, 2004 Share Posted January 5, 2004 I'm also a relative newcomer to osCommerce, and made many of those same sort of mistakes within the past few weeks. Basically, there is a hierarchy within osCommerce admin files, and you need to get as close to the top as you can, or get right to the top. The file you need to modify is under 'Define Languages', and again it's english.php. The other 'english.php' files take their info from this one - right at the top of the food chain!
