ryguy Posted January 4, 2004 Share Posted January 4, 2004 i posted this prob awhile back...still having the same problem: customer puchases a downloadable product, checks out, clicks to download the file. File downloads however is missing information ie..becomes corrupt. so say for example a customer purchases an image the image will have lines through it etc. I have done some troubleshooting and here is what i have come up with. *when downloading internally (ie access the site from an internal address without going through a router it works fine. *have tried swapping routers out...same issue. (router works perfect for all other purposes..ie downloads..webpage serving...etc... *have redone this site a number of times with the same problem also note every once in awhile the site will load with random characters placed in random spots on the site...not a huge issue...just wondering why that happens... any help would be GREATLY appreciated. ry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
