Guest Posted January 3, 2004 Share Posted January 3, 2004 Hullo! We have a store up & running for half a year now, and have encountered a strange problem with the sale system. When we offer an item for sale, the item will force the postage fee (Table Rate) to go to 0 (zero). This will apply for up to two items in the shopping cart. None of the items have any strange weight and does not add up to the 1000 kr free shipping rate. We have not been able to find a setting in admin that would suggest that items on sale gets free shipping. I have searched the forums, but not found any solution to this problem. Guest Posted January 14, 2004 Share Posted January 14, 2004 Well, just to answer my own post: This one can be chalked up to ignorance. What happened was the folloing. If you put som e articles in the cart, and they (individually or combined) weighed more that 700 gr, the shipping would be set to 0 in cost. This was due to the fact that we had only filled in the table rate cost up to 700 gr. When we entered a new weight to 1900 gr, the system worked perfectly.
