I have installed the Ticket Support on OSC commerce shop. it works perfectly and I recommend it to everyone. -------- There is only 1 problem. When I answer a TICKET, customers get an email with a content like this: Your Support Ticket has been worked on. You can view the changes at: /shop/ticket_view.php?tlid=2A3g7Y3J3q1P1K If you have more Questions, please use our supporticketsystem by following the link below or updating your ticket Do not reply to this email. As you can see the full URL should be: http://www.mydomain.com/shop/ticket_view.p...=2A3g7Y3J3q1P1K and not only /shop/ticket_view.php?tlid=2A3g7Y3J3q1P1K of course some people are intelligent engouh to go to my shop and then write the ticket number. But intelligent people are fewer these days and I wanted a FULL direct link.
