Take a look: http://aspbitetemplates.com I can log in... purchase... basically everything... However, when I try to make a NEW account it (the url is:https://aspbitetemplates.com/catalog/FILENAME_CREATE_ACCOUNT_PROCESS?osCsid=133e2c809d07c381d097dd81dd9c0c24) gives me a 404 file cnanot be found error. I looked and create_account_process.php is in the catalog folder. I did another install of oscommerce on the same hosting but different domain to test (this time without STS) and making accounts works perfectly...
