A while back, on our OSCommerce-based site, we were inflating the weight of products to make up for the fact that the UPS rate calculator was just plain wrong. Things have been getting better with the rate calc, but now there is another problem we've noticed. There are 3 extra pounds being tacked on to every order! How this could be happenening, I do not know, and nobody seems to recall changing anything. A 1 lb item will be listed as 4 lbs on the invoice, and three 1 lb items will come up as 6 lbs on the invoice. This is insane. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
