changing "no image" placeholder

ok ok just where and how?

 

I have an image that I use when no image is available that I insert manually but I'm wondering if there's a way to have that image called to anytime I don't have an image for a product. This way instead of seeing nothing (since I have require images set to false) they see my little "no image available" icon and I don't have to upload it each and every time. I want it to be my default placeholder.

 

So if anyone has done this, please let me know how you did.
