Finaly someone was nice enough to include a screen capture of what they were seeing. Guest Posted January 2, 2004 Share Posted January 2, 2004 The only thing that pops into my head at the moment is zones. Have you configured your payment options to be limited to a certain zone? Have you noticed any pattern to which customers have problems with the payment options? Are they all from one country, city, state, etc? Does it always happen to specific customers, or sometimes happen to all customers? I created an account on your site and tried to buy a 10" police beacon - I also got no payment options.
