djmonkey1 Posted December 29, 2003 Share Posted December 29, 2003 I've got MVS running with FedEx real-time quotes (a huge thanks to those that made these contributions!!!), but there is one small problem that I'm seeing- every now and then the shipping and handling charge is returned as $0.00. Now, sometimes the FedEx site is down, or something goes wrong, but in those instances the FedEx module will return an error message such as 'No data returned from Fedex, perhaps the Fedex site is down,' but will not return a price. So, that's what I want to be able to do- if FedEx doesn't return a rate, or the code is bad, or whatever, then MVS returns an error message such as 'No rates returned by FedEx, please try again' or something like that, but without a price displayed (so the customer won't think they get a freebie!).
