checkout _confirmation page blank

I have all of sudden faced this problem as my shopping cart was working very fine for the last three months or so.

 

Yesterday while processing order a customer complained that he can not reach on checkout_confirmation.php page.When i checked through below sequence.

 

checkout_shipping.php -ok

 

checkout_payment.php-ok and here i click on my barclays payment system to choose.

 

checkout_confirmation.php -totally blank only my shop header shows at the top.

 

please note that if i choose to pay by check or money order option then above page checkout_confirmation.php shows fine but does not show if i choose by paying through ctredit card.

 

Any help will highly be appreciated please as things are coming back to normal after christmas and sales are effected due to this problem.

Hi Luqi

 

The fact that you can choose other methods of payment correctly but the credit card is giving you trouble - suggest an error with the credit card payment module!

 

BEWARE! that file may have been corrupted/hacked etc and your customer's card details may be at risk! if not already being transfered elsewhere!

 

1st. Turn it off through your admin (REMOVE IT)

 

2nd. After turning it off -> goto catalog/includes/modules/payment/

 

3rd. If you are using the CC module rename "cc.php" to something like "cc.php.old".

 

4th. Copy over a new version of cc.php from a fresh version of OSC into the same directory.

 

5th. Go back to admin and turn it on again.

 

6th. TEST IT WORKS!

 

If you were using a modified version of cc.php or something else - replace it with accordingly!
