Sending Order with Email after purchase

I am selling information services. I want to use the os commerce cart. But it does not allow me to use a landing page prior to submitting order. Is there a landing page add on out there I can get? I want the customer to selct the item, then fill out the form and then be taken to checkout, and then the order along with the customer and/or affiliate information to b incorporated in the email sent to us to fullfill the order. How do I do this? Is there anything simple? I am ready with the product information and I have the items in my shopping cart.just nothing to submit. The standard os commerce has the comments box after the purchase. Unfortunately by then the email has already went to admin. ANd admin would have to log back into the system to viedw the comments. I need the info to go with the order email. ie. name, address, telephone number of the person being researched (ooops forgot to tell you im a private investigator) thank you in advance for your reponse.
