Product Descriptions

I am in the middle of setting up a new shop - and having a nervous breakdown ;)

 

I need to add some extra detail to my product descriptions, this will include information for vegetarians and nut allergy sufferers. I would like to have a heading for both with two or three sets of text so that when I enter my products I can select the appropriate phrase (eg. "This item is made in a factory where nuts are handled".)

I am fairly new to this - is there an easy way to achieve this?

 

Also I would like to offer each item in a choice of 100g or 250g is there a way of having both weights and the apporpriate prices displayed for each product?

 

All help appreciated - it might even help to avert my nervous breakdown!
