tkeats
OK. I've spent a good portion of yesterday and today doing some work on my site, and I think I am on a roll. I can now institute a seasonal theme (done manually with the background image) I have also slimmed up the view of the website. Kudo's to the documents found at the Wiki Effort.. and elsewhere(which I found first.. same info, diff site ;) ) Let me know what you think of the newer look. Its still obviously osC but its slowly becoming more unique... ;) Thomas My Site, Please criticize... burt
Stock Oscommerce. I like your logo. What sort of comments are you looking for ? It's a standard looking out of the box set-up of an Oscommerce Store. Boring, dull, lifeless.
Guest
It looks pretty good, but you have couple of things that I would change: 1. The image before "Categories" text and after "Shopping Cart", is still white, you should change it to transparent if you are using a image as background. 2. I would change the backgorund of main area (where all the products go) to white.
EricK
Nice site. 1. I would change the background to a solid color, something that works with your logo, 2. change the stock osC buttons; some nice button sets have been Contributed, 3. consider changing the stock osC "cartoon" images, and 4. your Advanced Search page has a table problem, creates a horizontal scroll bar. hth

tkeats
The site looks great but it is hard to get around. In what way is it hard to get around? Also, can anyone show me how to slim up the accounts.php page? I have combed it for hours on end changing what seems to be every width setting and nothing seems to work. The page in question 'fattens' out in the middle. tkeats
Damn.. it wont let me edit my last post... Thanks to everyone else. The advanced search issue seems to be the same issue that developed with the accounts.php width issue. Talk about annoying. The background should be 'fixed' in IE, I have no idea why it doesn't behave in netscape... ;) And I fixed the background behind the logo's ... I just have to fix the buttons and corners now. THANKS!!
