I can insert the discount easily enough through Admin, but when i place an order in the shopping cart, the total does not change, despite having put in and saved the info regarding the discount. Now I'm not the one who installed the mod, so I know there is a chance that it wasn't installed correctly. But I'm wondering what other problems could be causing this, and of course, how to deal with said problems. Any help is appreciated, thanks. doby48 Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 One simple thing to do is to disable the module in Admin then re-enable it again. If it was enabled, then modifications were done to it those mods would not take effect until it was disabled and then re-enabled again. Its definatly worth a try. Remember... Pillage BEFORE you burn! The other part being that it is not listed in the list of mods as being installed. So there was an install error. Now...time to fix.
