benmal Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 I trying to create a customizable homepage so that the left columns and right columns are displayed but the user can choose what boxes appear in the left or right column. Therefore I want the user to click on a link on the box, and when the link is clicked, I want the box to disappear from either the left or right column, and when the user logs in he can add the deleted individual box again if he desires. When the link in the box is clicked it should know what box it is and should delete this from the file which contains all boxes which should appear in either the left or right column therefore the right or left column file should read the file and therefore know what boxes to display and ones not to.
