Cash offline is when the user saves his order and the order is to 'waiting status'. He then goes to bank and deposits some money. Then he goes to a page enters the confirmation code and a sum. The admin checks these requests and accepts the valid ones. Really, my question is: Do you need to start from scratch on this? Thanks alot.
