Autmatically give discount to certain customers

I have installed the contribution Customer_discount_1.2, and it works great. My plan when I installed it was that I depending on the customers country, could put a discount percentage into the field customer_discount in table customers if the customer met the qualification country ="xxxx".

 

But to be 100% sure before trying to modify any code, I would very much appreciate to know which file(s) to modify (create_account.php I assume), and where to modify the code. My PHP-knowlegde is rather limited to say it mild :unsure:
