After install PWA 0.60d, cannot access checkout

Hi,

Hope you guys can help me on this.

Before I install PWA 0.60d (contribution 355, I think), everything works fine. But after intalling it, I can no longer access checkout, my account and write review. My configure.php under /catalog/include/
