BTS and index page

I have install the BTS contribution, and it works great. My only problem so far is my main page is a little bigger than all the other pages. My main page doesn't fit in 800x600 resolution, all the other pages fit perfect.

 

Can someone tell me where to edit and what file to edit to bring my main page in line with all the other pages?

 

My Main Page This the main page. Go from this to any other page and you will see the difference I am talking about.

 

This is a default install, and I have not begun to work on any changes, I would like to fix this problem before I move on.
