(Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails) not working!?!

Hello,

 

I set my osC to send HTML e-mail under: ADMINISTRATION > CONFIGURATION > E-MAIL OPTIONS. The e-mails sent (namely order e-mails) still come as plain text messages. Is there something else I need to configure???

 

I apologize if this seems like such a basic question. I've been using osC for a while, I just never had a need for this option before now.
