cln Posted December 19, 2003 Share Posted December 19, 2003 I am using the fedex contribution (Fedex Real Time Quotes) version Fedex_Direct_1.11. My prices from fedex are coming back way too high. I called fedex support and it is not an issue on their side. They told me I must be inflating the price somehow on my side. I've checked my settings and I can't find anything that would be raising the price. I've read the forum Steve Fatula started about this contrib but cannot find anything that might help me. Look in the admin/store config/shipping & packaging section to see what it's set at. cln Posted December 22, 2003 Author Share Posted December 22, 2003 I have the package tare weight set to nothing. I also have no value for the larger packages - percentage increase. And when I go to the checkout shipping the correct weight is shown (1 x 2lbs) or whatever the weight is set to. Is there anything else that could be increasing the price?
