Pir8 Posted December 19, 2003 Share Posted December 19, 2003 Does anyone know how to make it so that the user gets a confirmation email when they checkout, I have it setup so Internet Secure is the payment processing provider. when the user gets to checkout_confirmation.php there are two entries in the database for the order and no confirmation email gets sent to the user. Also related to this is the fact that, in Order History there are duplicate entries for an order placed by the user. Any help/guidance is much much appreciated.
