Incorrect UPS Rates?

Hi all,

I'm calculating my UPS shipping rates using osC MS2... It appears that the rates are not calculated properly:

 

Weight: 1LB:

 

osC:

NextDay Air: $21.47

2nd Day Air: $10.91

3 Day Select: $9.27

Ground: $6.39

 

UPS:

Any ideas?

do you have a handling charge setup within the shipping module screen for ups?

 

actually, this works to your advantage, to cover your handling, of going to drop off a package at the ups store.

I am having this same problem, and I have checked for the handling charge.

 

I can't seem to get it to calculate the UPS rates correctly

I know I'm still a newbiew, but I have this same concern, and I think I may have figured out part of the problem. In the shipping and configuration screen, there is a "Tare Weight" option that affects the price (although it doesn't seem to add too much, try setting it to 0 and see if you get coler to what you think is accurate).

Last night searching around on the forums I found that too, set it to 0, and it gave me a UPS error. I set it to 0.1 and it did take the charge down a bit, but not to match with UPS.com.

 

I'm still stumped.

 

Some things I think have affected it are:

I only have one country in the countries table.

I just got the zones working correctly for USA being ID 1
