Customising Emails

How does one alter the content of the default emails sent to confirm orders, confirm delivery etc?

All language wordings are in includes/languages. For example, the order email is built in checkout_process.php, so the wordings are in includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php (or whatever language).

I want to take this line out of the signup email

 

Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the birthday-person themselves.

 

we don't use seperate billing addresses...where would this be found?
