New discount method

I have a client who wants the ability to combine several items into one group discounted item. Are there any contributiuons that will group several products together into a single cart item with a singel price. The idea is similar to how you can buy all "Lethal Weapon" DVD's separately, or you can buy them as a package for a price that is less than each individually.

 

I hope this was the proper place to post this message, and I would try to work on such a contribution myself, but I am new to PHP, and don't quite have enought knowledge to do this.
