I'm trying to do this in the table rates section, based on product value: 20:7.95,30:8.95,50:11.95,75:16.95,100:20.95,150:25.95,200:30.95,250:36.95,100000 0:13% ...so basically anything over $250 incurs a shipping rate of 13% of the total ordered... but this doesn't seem to work for me - is this the right way to do it? Sales tax i've worked out no problem... I also need to add $5 if the user wants 2-day Air, $15 for overnight.... and is there a way of forcing certain products to incur an additional $5 charge (eg pershable goods)? Thanks for your helps!
