adding new / custom pages

ok ive seen this done in oscommerce before. where you can add your own cuztom pages to the site. but i just dont know how to do it. ive tried just adding php pages in the catalog directory but that hasnt worked for me.

 

if anyone knows how to do it. holla at me and let me know asap !

I have a sort of same question so, i write it also down here.

 

I would like to ad a link in the Catogier box. So that I can go from there to other on made side like: photo sides, guest books etc.

I think you will have to mod your OSC with a template system like STS or something similar.

:o i see what youre saying but not templates. i mean custom pages as in maybe i can add a services.php that will have all the services for my company and so on. if you can understand what im saying now.. ok theres gotta be one person out there that knows what i need to get done. holla ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you all for help, but I still got one question left.

 

I installed the wrapped / wrapper files. I get in with my set pasword. BUT..... How do I make this page visable in the category menu? How can costumers excces this page?

my advice would be to use the simpe template system and create your own menu and template

I would guess you can go into includes/boxes/categories.php and ad in your own links. There is probably a contribution to do that also.
