editing 'create account' page

Hi ppl

Been looking everywhere throughout php code to change the (eg) date when a customer wants to create an account. I've changed the date format in english.php but I don't think thats for this.

 

Its a pain cuz i'm in UK and date is other way round.

Gender: Male Female *

First Name: *

Last Name: *

Date of Birth: * (eg. 05/21/1970)

E-Mail Address: *

 

 

Any ideas?!
