Error in my Cache panel.

Hi there.

 

I get this ugly error when I go to Cache in my admin panel.

 

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10018 is not allowed to access /tmp/ owned by uid 0 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/sbp.no/httpsdocs/papshop/catalog/admin/cache.php on line 26

 

Error: Cache directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php.

 

Kan anyone help me get this working. I also wondering if anyone can help me put in a news script in my main page on the shop? I want that so I can write news to my customers.
