allk-9 Posted December 16, 2003 Share Posted December 16, 2003 Ok, osCommerce is installed on my web server and I can go there an see the standard cart, but I want to modify it. I downloaded the osCommerce folder and all of its contents from the web server to my computer. When I try and open a file to view it, index.php for example, Dreamweaver says I need to set up a testing server.... Does anyone know how to configure a testing server in DW so that I can view osCommerce pages locally? I tried installing the STS contribution but when I uploaded the files it corrupted the internet site. I uninstalled and then reinstalled osCommerce and the example site is now working again. I would really like to customize osCommerce to look like my website, but when I open an osCommerce file in DW all I see is a bunch of tables with PHP tags. How can I edit/modify what I can't see.
