Guest Posted December 15, 2003 Posted December 15, 2003 I have been trying to configure my cart following the suggestions from the board, but for some reason, neither file has the chmod option available when I right-click on the it. Is there another way to set the chmod? I'm currently using WS_FTP. Thanks!
241 Posted December 15, 2003 Posted December 15, 2003 If you are using ws_ftp , that is what I use and you can right click a file and select properties this will present you with the read/write execute boxes for owner/group/world these boxes constitute a chmod such that chmod 444 is read only for owner/group/world No longer giving free advice. Guest Posted December 16, 2003 Posted December 16, 2003 That's what I had tried to do when I posted. I closed out my ftp connection and took a break - my eyes were starting to cross from looking at code. I just went back in and everything is working normally again. Thanks, Steve!
