netready Posted December 15, 2003 Share Posted December 15, 2003 when a customer selected what he wants to buy and click the checkout button, he will be bought to the page of new customer/returning customer sign in page. If he is already a customer or has registered already, he simply fill in the email address and password under the returning customer side. however, after he clicked the "sign in" button, he is still in the same page with message of 'done' on the bottom left of the browser. is it normal? why he is not bought to the page of 'delivery information' automatically but has to click the 'check out' link again ? guntersammet Posted December 15, 2003 Share Posted December 15, 2003 What version are you using? Just tried an older cvs version as well as milestone1 and the newest cvs release.
