Best image sizes and other questions from a newbie

Hi all,

 

i'm a bit curious, should i make my images all 4:3? because most of my pictures are of the 1600*1200 standard? Or is there a more simple way to get pictures which are not stretched in the wrong direction?

Also i'm trying out my site by buying my own stuff :P, and i got this problem, in the final step of buying something it states in the payment information box:

Aflever Adres:

 

Where does this "aflever adres" (delivery address) come from? How can I remove this anoying thing?
