Monstertruckman Posted December 15, 2003 Posted December 15, 2003 :rolleyes: Hi having a problem with Stock, When an item is say down to 1, shows up on site is in stock, But when you add to the cart it says out of stock ? If we have 2 in stock you can put 1 in cart but if you pick 2 it says not in stock ? Can anybody help me out !
Guest Posted December 15, 2003 Posted December 15, 2003 not sure, but if there is an open cart that has not been cleared that has it stored in there, may be that. what do you have the level set to for notifying of low stock?
Monstertruckman Posted December 15, 2003 Author Posted December 15, 2003 Have passed this to my college to investigate, but from what i remember it is any product, so can't see this being the fault. Say we have 8 in stock, you would only be able to buy 7 as if you pick 8 it would say not enough stock available.
