Log in for Multi Distributors

One of my clients wants to host a retail site for the general public but also wants the ability to have distributors log in and be able to see their special distributor pricing. They have many distributors with 4 or 5 different price points.

 

Can ocCommerce handle this and are their any contributions that anyone cant point me towards to get this job done?

Contributions: Seperate[sic] Price per Customer or B2B Suite.
