COD + Individual Shipping rates = no go??

Hi all,

 

I've got this big prob with osCommerce MS2. I'm trying to couple the COD Module with the "Individual Product Shipping Prices - v2.0 MS 2.2 by Farrukh Saeed" Module, so that there will be put a COD-fee on top of the individual shipping cost.

 

Now the thing is, that I don't seem able to integrate the Individual Shipping Module into the admin-part of the COD-Module.

 

I have all the shipping modules listed under the COD-Module (ie: FLAT, ITEM, TABLE, etc) but not Individual Shipping.

 

I've tried playing around with ot_cod_fee.php, but no luck there (probably my mistake)....

 

Has anybody have had any experience with this and can help me out???
