Newsletter box

I?ve seen a lot of pages made with oscommerce and they have a newsletter box in the right colum.

I would like to know if some one can post or send me the code for that please.

Note: need all explained! (yes im n00b :P )

The news letter is part of osc2.2 I think. I just upgreaded from preview realease 2.1 to the newest 2.2 and it was included.
