manually orders HELP

I installed the manually orders module and the boxes and the buttons and everything , is up and there but when I click on the link to go add or edit it brings me to the url

 

http://www.aboutyou.net/store/admin/FILENAME_CREATE_ACCOUNT

 

and show nothing on the page.

 

Any ideas let me know.
