No more account

I have been trying to find a simple way to remove any reference to accounts, not a allow checkout without creating account but no referece to account creation at all, any and all help is appreciated but i am at a loss as to how to do it. I dont need or want any login or false account made, is there something somewhere that lets us set that up?

There is a contribution which will let people sign up, but they won't see a thing until you authorise them to use the cart (if you send the continue link to a "waiting for authorisation" page outside the cart)

 

Other than that, you would have to remove the account link from header.php and the login.php page
