carloshax Posted December 11, 2003 Share Posted December 11, 2003 I seem to have a site problem that only affect a customer occasionally, when the customer is logged in the right hand boxes are missing apart from cart box and then its kindof split into 2 boxes, the link below is a screen shot of his page: screenshot when he goes to his cart it shows nothing in there but the cart box on the site shows something in it. I have had a few people check what they see if they add/remove items etc.. and nobody else seems to have a problem. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong, its got me beaten. carloshax Posted December 11, 2003 Author Share Posted December 11, 2003 Well i have found out that its not a cookie problem as he has deleted all cookies associated with my site name, none had anything to do with my store anyway just my forum.
