menubar dhtml V1.0

I have spent couple of days looking into how to fix these issues but had no luck with it. I downloadedMenubar DHTML followed the instruction and installed it, works fine exept I have 2 issue.

 

1)When I click into a category or sub-category the heading of the page shows up as "Let see what we have here", even though the 'bread crum menu' show the correct name.

2)When in a category, sub category or product page there is an error that show up as warning icon on status bar. When I doulbe click on the icon a window pops says

There is one wierd thing that happens with one category page that has two sub-categories (I another with sub-categories). It works fine with no for mentioned errors. Yet I did not do anything different.

 

I would appreciate any tips, trick, advice and etc. for solving this issue.
