I have the AdminReviews v1.0 Contribution

 

and it states in the readme file

 

apply the "diff" patch or use "MS2 patched files" of this file.

 

i dont know how or what i need to do to apply the diff patch do i just upload them and run them or what i dont want to stuff my oscommerce install again as i did so when i placed the MS2 Patched Files into the installation

 

please help
