Problem on WINDOWS 2000 Server

Hello everyone

 

I have installed OSCommerce on my providers Windows 2000 Server. Unfortunately there is no CHMOD under Windwos so I had to install the entire package in my CGI-BIN Directory to get alle the authorisations OS Commerce needs on it's folders. Anyway, the problem that occurs now is that the CHMOD command comes up again when i'm trying to upload images such as Supplyers or Products. Here comes the error line

I thought that OS commerce would be 100% Compatible with Windwos- Can anybody help mo out how to get arround this issue ?
