Not allow checkout if certain products in cart??

Hey All,

 

 

I have crawled through the Contribs section and was wondering if I missed anything. I am looking for a mod that will check the items in the cart before checkout and make sure the product is allowed to be shipped to a certain state?

 

Has anyone seen or come across one?
