dreams3577 Posted December 10, 2003 Share Posted December 10, 2003 Hi all I have got a small problem with USPS international shipping, after a international customer has chosen there product and gone to checkout they get options for shipping via USPS, these figures are correct, ------------------------------------------------------------------ United States Postal Service (1 x 0.3lbs) Global Express Guaranteed Document Service $32.00 Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service $44.00 Global Express Mail (EMS) $20.00 Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope (Large) $9.00 Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope (Small) $5.00 Global Priority Mail - Variable Weight Envelope (Single) $8.00 Airmail Letter-post $4.00 Airmail Parcel Post $16.00 Economy (Surface) Letter-post $3.80 Economy (Surface) Parcel Post $23.00 ------------------------------------------------------------- the cheapest option radio button is highlight, (in this case Economy (Surface) Letter-post $3.80). The customer then clicks the continue button and is asked for there credit card details, then clicks continue again, and is taken to the Order Confirmation page, This is where the problem then is as under the Billing Information section the shipping shows as --------------------------------------------------------------------- United States Postal Service (1 x 0.3lbs) (Global Express Guaranteed Document Service): $32.00 --------------------------------------------------------------------- eventhough they chose Economy (Surface) Letter-post $3.80 two screens back, i have chosen other options but it always shows the same. Not more than 5 minutes later, I found a post which provides a solution. Checkout this posting: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=61557 Making this simple change fixes the problem.
