Guest
Just installed this fresh today and it was zippin along at first... but almost suddenly the speeds it took to load pages slowed down dramatically.. Im the net admin so im hosting this locally on our company's web server.. several other websites are also hosted locally, and have not suffered any difference in speeds... Is there something im doing wrong? Im using win32/apache/php/mySQL for my setup.. I have tried to have sessions stored both in database, and in temp files.. both result in the same thing... general slowness! Overall, i really love this code but i fear ill ahve to find something else if i cant get the load speeds up somehow.. Any suggestions? Is anyone else experiencing this? mariusa
Same problem for me... I have installed the system on a biggest hosting provider available. At night, it runs pretty well, but daytime - it keeps on showing the "The page cannot be displayed" very often.. My other ordinary (html) page on the same server runs ok... what can be the problem? pls help...

1quicksi
There are a million factors as to why things could have slowed down. Typicaly it is not the fault of OSC. Trouble shooting properly will require root/admin access and a detailed understanding of the arcitecture. knowledge base | Contributions | Search

matarali
Dont discount the effect myDOOM is having on the internet right now.. there is so much extra traffic, and for remote hosting, your host may be swamped with problems
