Using Protx forms

I hope you can help. I am having a great deal of trouble linking to a Protx form so that my client can take credit cards. I have contacted Protx who have checked all my passwords etc, but now say that I have missed placing their test server URL somewhere within OSCommerce. They have not been particularly helpful.

Has anyone got any ideas? I'd really appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Hi Tracy,

I use Protx and although I have had some teething problems I now have it working. I am assuming you have downloaded the Protx Form module? If you haven't I can email it to you. When you install the module it requires you to enter your vendor name and your encryption password. At the bottom of the configuration you must check the "test" radio button if you are still in test mode with Protx. It should be as simple as that, if not you can email me at [email protected]

Cheers, Bret
