Guest
Hi, My client has a site that uses authorizenet and it was working when it was first setup but just recently each time a customer confirms to buy from the checkout_confirmation.php page the customer is redirected here: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll which shows the login.php page of the store. It has the right url but it is still on the store and not authorizenet's server. I just noticed by clicking another link to put the store url in and then trying to checkout again it takes me back to the checkout_payment.php page. Thanks! jello1
Looks like your client might have gone into the settings page Transaction Response Configure the Payment Gateway response to transaction requests. Specify the format for gateway-generated Receipt Pages and emails. Also, configure a direct or relay response and specify the URL for the post location. Transaction Version Receipt Page Response/Receipt URLs Relay Response Silent Post URL Direct Response Email Receipts and might have set one of these flags. i would start there... i had the same problem when i first set up auth*.net after i had the problem i set all the flags to blank and it worked fine <span style='font-family:Courier'>If you can't fix it Perl it!!!...</span> ******************************
Guest
Hi, After talking with authorizenet they are getting an error 13 which has to do with the correct username, password, and transaction key. Since the store admin doesn't have a password any ideas what to do now? If it was working but not it's not then it seems to me to be a problem with authorizenet but they will not take any responsibility for this...such rude people.
