E mail orders sent to?

I'm on MS1

 

when a customer purchase to my site he got a confirmation e mail..

 

as a shop owner I don't get any copy of it unless I put my address in "Send Extra Order Emails To"

 

is that normal?

 

e mail address and e mail addrees from on the my store page are well stated

Dreadlord, you're welcome.

 

Redefine, try with one e-mail address and see if it works. BTW, did you customer get any emails? If even they do not get any emails, then it could be a problem with phpmail setting on your server.

I wounder if you could give me a clue on this one - I'm getting e-mail confirmations all right, but customers don't.

 

Any idea what it might be?

This usually means that your mail server is not configured to send email from the STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS. I would start by asking your host if they can see anything in their mail logs that would explain this.

Thanks for the advise. I will try to get hold on the logs.

Weird thing is that mail is being sent from everywhere to everywhere, but order confirmation. That is the only thing that doesn't work.

Hi Cimmerian,

 

Did you change any codes from the tep_mail() line?

 

If not, try looking at your customer's email address through phpmyadmin under table customer and ensure that the email address is valid.
