I would start by asking your host if they can see anything in their mail logs that would explain this. Hth, Matt Always back up before making changes. Weird thing is that mail is being sent from everywhere to everywhere, but order confirmation. That is the only thing that doesn't work. If not, try looking at your customer's email address through phpmyadmin under table customer and ensure that the email address is valid. Hope that helps.
