Visiting Cards Shop

hoping that this is right board

 

i am currently working on a visiting card shop (sorry for my english, the small cards with your name,address etc. to give to people don't knowing you :blink: )

 

Ok, so far so good, i tried oscommerce, fantastic script, but i have to make some individual changes in it, and so i wanted to ask if you have some tipps for me, to create an easy to handle and quite fast done solution.

 

The Problem:

We have several visiting cards in our shop, when a user wants to buy one he has to enter his individual information (name, address etc.) in a form. In the Shop Basket there he shall have a link like "Preview of Visiting Card" where his data is included.

 

Also it needs to be, that the shop basket creates a new artikel for every cards that is inserted, because it could contain different person data, currently oscommerce merges this articles to one line with count 2, bad for me :(

 

Is there any nice solution you know, or you would say it is a good one? I don't need any help to code,but i am not so familiar with oscommerce at the moment, and so would be very nice if you could help me.

yes, what you are looking for can be done (i believe)

however without a good working knowledge of php and sql, you will not be able to do it.

 

also, there are not contributions available that would do this for you either.

 

your best bet would be to either pay somebody to modify your site to do this

brush up on your php & sql skills and try to do it yourself
